Drake Miller started at ECTC part time in January as ATD/ Master Carpenter while still attending Chipola Colleges Technical Theatre Program.
Over the Summer of 2022 Drake attended PSST as the Master Electrician, after returning at the end of july Drake took on the role as Technical Director for Emerald Coast Theatre Company.

Cat in the Hat 2021

In this section you see a small part of the process for our production of Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat. The house was made out of foam and a 1x4 frame was glued to the sheets to give the foam the rigidity it needed. This set piece had to be built light enough for a single actor to carry it offstage.
Pictured here is the Cat in the Hats Picking up machine, crafted out of an adult tricycle and plastic totes. The goal was not to hide the fact that it was a tricycle.
